If you haven’t heard of him yet, you will soon. Simple Kid, a.k.a. Ciaran McFeely, has been wowing UK fans for over a year with his one-man sampletastic pop madness and he’s ready to unleash a full band tour on US audiences, followed up by dropping his first album for Stateside fans in June. The Irish Beck-meets-Badly Drawn Boy will kick off his premier US journey with a pair of Seattle dates on May 24 and 25 before rolling down the West Coast and then hitting a few choice spots across the country before ending up in Manchester, TN, for the Bonnaroo festival on June 11.

Simple Kid #1 : With interest in the likes of Drake and Buckley being invigorated in recent years, there has been a surge in the number of troubadours in the music world.
